Impromtu Fit Models - No Photos Please.

One of the funnest parts of my job is getting drafted for the impromptu fit model sessions.

Today was twice as much fun because we had a great meeting with our web developer, Lance Geng, and even made him try on a corset in order to verify sizes for our online sales size charts.

My fit model experience was not just a corset... but the new 6-strap garter belts. Yes! Dark Garden is creating a line of belts that are just as well made, functional, and drop-dead gorgeous as the corsets. Eight of us got to spend time with Autumn and Kali (bridal coordinator and woman making these little beauties) figuring out who fit what "size". Andrea is even getting to bring one home tonight that match her Easter shoes she just bought at Fluevog.

Oh, and me? I'm going to be the "medium".

Edwardian Ball Profile By Josh Keppel on NBC Bay Area

So just randomly surfing around this morning, after a late night at the SF New Tech event, and I stumbled onto a great bunch of pictures on Facebook and NBC Bay Area. Well, Dark Garden is so sweetly flattered to be included in Josh Keppel's photo profile of the Edwardian Ball. Thanks Josh! Ananda looks wonderful working downstairs. Alan sports a dapper look with his own unique edge. And Marianne is adorable in Dollymop for Dark Garden.
